Three people found shot to death at a Cleburne County trailer park were brothers of Romero Roberto Moya, later shot down by police after a chase and gunfights in which an officer was wounded, authorities said today.
The 19-month-old boy was in stable condition in the intensive care unit at Egleston Children’s Hospital in Atlanta, the chief investigator said.
Authorities said that Moya, after finishing a one-year sentence in Alabama on a cocaine trafficking charge in March was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He was deported to Mexico on April 5, said Bryan Cox, an ICE public affairs officer.

Illegal alien charged with college student’s murder in Va.
On Thursday, police arrested Julio Miguel Blanco-Garcia, 27, and charged him with the murder of 19-year-old Vanessa Pham, whose body was found in Fairfax County in 2010. The young woman was stabbed to death.
Pham was last seen alive on June 27, 2010, as she left a nail salon in the Fairfax Village Shopping Center on Gallows Road.
Less than an hour later, her mutilated body was discovered in her car, only a few blocks away.
Pham who attended college in Georgia, was home for summer vacation when she was killed.
WJLA reports that investigators have linked the suspect to Pham’s murder “through forensic evidence.”
According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials, Blanco-Garcia is in the country illegally from Guatemala.

Illegal alien charged with brutal assault, attempted rape in New York
On Tuesday, police in Saratoga Springs arrested Antonio Lopez-Bautista, 18, after he allegedly pulled a 67-year-old woman from her car and attempted to rape her. The attack occurred just before 4 a.m. as the victim sat waiting for husband.
Lopez-Bautista walked up behind the woman’s vehicle parked near the intersection of Congress and South Franklin Streets, opened the door and dragged her into a dark area. All the while, punching and kicking the woman, according to police.

By the time police arrived on the scene, the assailant was gone, but following a brief search, officers found the suspect hiding under some bushes.
The victim suffered cuts and bruises to her arms, face and neck. She was transported to Saratoga Hospital for treatment and later released.
Lopez-Bautista has been charged with second-degree attempted kidnapping, first-degree attempted rape, second-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
The Saratogian has reported that Lopez-Bautista has already been arraigned and Judge Jeffrey Wait ordered him held on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
