C and I week Mar 18

Dear Members
People are getting their throats slashed at Janet Napolitano’s “secure” border in the Tucson sector. Two dead and one severely wounded just this week. The wounded man was able to flag down some Border Patrol agents after crawling for help. We can’t wait to see how Janet’s team spins this one. Maybe the old “It’s just a sign of how secure the border is.” will work again.

‘They are facing a danger’: Sheriff says Arizonans not safe after detainee release
Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said “whistleblowers” have given him those details.

“We have direct information from ICE — federal agents here in Pinal County — that those who were released had convictions — not just charges,” Babeu said. “(They had) convictions for weapons violations, for narcotics trafficking, for drug smuggling. (They’re) members of the cartels.”

Illegal alien child-rape suspect was actually released by ICE in 2011 (Part II)
In yesterday’s report, this writer described the circumstances under which criminal alien and accused child-rapist, Jose Guadalupe Ramirez-Ambriz, 38, was released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the request of an illegal alien advocacy group.
On July 24, 2011, Ramirez-Ambriz was arrested by deputies with the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) and charged with a DUI. He was booked into the Alamance County Jail on that same day, with an immigration detainer in place.
On August 9, 2011, ICE picked up Ramirez-Ambriz and transported him to their facility in Gainesville, GA.
Then, sometime after April 26, 2012, ICE released Ramirez-Ambriz, despite the fact that he had 3 DUIs in North Carolina, alone, as well as a criminal record in both Utah and Oregon.
Today, we will examine the role which Obama’s Department of Justice (DOJ) played in this predator’s release…
