LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man wanted for 13 years on attempted murder charges in Los Angeles was captured in Colorado after someone called police to report he was urinating on a wall outside a KFC restaurant.

On Thursday, Reynaldo Garcia, 23, was indicted by a Jefferson Parish grand jury for raping a young girl over a nearly two-year period, beginning when the victim was only 12-years-old. The Guatemalan national raped the girl on about 20 separate occasions, according to court documents.
