Buesoramos, of East Northport, was charged with sexual abuse and criminal possession of a forged instrument. Police say he gave a counterfeit United States Resident Alien Card to officers while he was being interviewed.
Buesoramos was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Central Islip.

U.S. Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas was gunned down on July 23, 2009, near Shockey Truck Trail, on the U.S. side of the border at Campo, CA - east of San Diego. Court records say the illegal aliens had planned to rob the Border Patrol agent of his night vision equipment, which they wanted to have to aid in their work of smuggling illegal aliens into the United States. http://www.examiner.com/
