Posted Wednesday, April 9th 2014 @ 4pm
Bill Hartzell is Louise Sollowin’s grandson-in-law. He explains his family’s reasons for going along with this morning’s plea deal for the 93-year-old’s murderer, but also expressed an emotionally honest hope that his real punishment comes in a different form.

Louise is so entrenched in my heart - and this is wrong - it is wrong for all the victims of these preventable crimes - if only our laws were enforced —- This illegal alien deserved the same sentence he gave Louise. Rare occasion….. I seem to be at a loss for words at the moment - I feel such sadness…. but my sadness seems to only count for those reading this - because somewhere this very moment - another preventable crime is taking place at the hands of an illegal alien - another victim is born - Ruthie

Please thank those who defeated this (so far) and tell Rep. Jeff Denham, Republican Congressman from CA’s Central Valley - who is still trying to include the Enlist Act to the bill - that our military is not a place to sneak in your UNWANTED amnesty

The resulting conservative outcry spiked an effort to add the measure to the bill through the committee process. On Friday, California Republican Howard “Buck” McKeon, chair of the House Armed Services Committee, said that he would block efforts to add the provision to the NDAA during committee hearings because he didn’t feel it was the appropriate place for the debate. However, Denham has said he will still try to amend the bill on the floor of the House.

Texas Executes Illegal Alien Murderer Despite Angry Protest from Mexico

After a disgraceful wait of 16 years since he brutally murdered a former Baylor University history professor and attacked his wife, a Mexican illegal alien was executed tonight in Texas, despite the protests of the Mexican government and attorneys.
Ramiro Hernandez-Llanas, 44, was lethally injected in the state’s death chamber in Huntsville.
He was in the U.S. illegally when he was arrested for the October 1997 slaying of 49-year-old Glen Lich. Just 10 days earlier, Lich had given Hernandez-Llanas a job helping with renovations at his ranch near Kerrville, about 65 miles northwest of San Antonio, in exchange for living quarters.
