A 13-year-old Alabama girl with special needs was beheaded last month after watching her grandmother be fatally stabbed in a cemetery, an investigator testified Thursday.

Authorities say Grandma was part of the Sinaloa cartel, one of the world’s most powerful drug-trafficking organizations.

Aguilar and Israel Palomino, 34, are charged with two counts each of capital murder in the June slayings of Oralia Mendoza, 49, and her granddaughter, Mariah Lopez.

In 2015, the illegal alien pleaded guilty to drunk driving and was also arrested and convicted that same year for breaking the windows of 16 vehicles and starting a fire. Garza Palacios served four months in prison and was eventually released back into the public.

ICE officials say that the illegal alien has been taken into custody and is facing deportation after overstaying his visa which expired in 2009.

Bowling Green police are searching for David Ramos Contreras, 27, Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos. Police said Contreras is from Mexico. Adiel and Ramos are not believed to be U.S. citizens, the fourth suspect, Simon Juan Thomas, 24, of Guatemala, was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, police said.

Their employers Greenline Foods and the dry wall contractor should be held responsible as well.

Police released photos of Contreras with two women exiting a Walmart in Holland on June 30. Police were seeking to identify the women.

Police were asking the public for help finding the three suspects.

The men were in the Bowling Green area working – two as dry wallers and one at Greenline Foods, according to WTOL-TV. They were reportedly staying in the motel, as were the girls with their mother.
