Undocumented immigrant who hid in Chicago church re-enters U.S.

SAN DIEGO (Reuters) - An undocumented Mexican immigrant who made headlines after seeking refuge from deportation in a Chicago church joined a growing protest of deportees crossing into the United States on Tuesday, asking to be allowed to stay, organizers said.
Elvira Arellano, who was deported in 2007, re-entered the country at San Diego with her two children, Saul, 15, and Emiliano, 4 months, said National Immigrant Youth Association organizer Dulce Guerrero. She was taken into detention by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials, Guerrero said.
Arellano, 38, led a group of dozens of mostly young, undocumented adults raised in the United States but sent back to Mexico over the border in an ongoing protest of the plight of immigrants deported to in a sometimes violent country where they feel like strangers.
Organized by the National Immigrant Youth Alliance, the San Diego border crossing that began last week is the third in a campaign that began last July and has included journeys into Texas and Arizona.

Arellano is the illegal alien who worked cleaning airplanes – real national security there huh…anyone say Malaysia – that hid out in a Church in Chicago… like the CRIMINAL COWARD THAT SHE IS. Five Patriots and Myself went to this Church in Chicago while attending a Ramos and Compean rally – she was there and I should have – as I wanted to do at the time – made a citizen arrest – felon that she is!

60 Mexican Migrant Protesters Detained Trying To Cross Into US From Tijuana

TIJUANA, Mexico (AP) — Sixty Mexican migrants were detained Sunday by U.S. authorities after they crossed into the United States from the border city of Tijuana as part of a protest against U.S. immigration policies.
It was the third such group to try to enter the U.S. at the Otay Mesa border crossing in San Diego and ask for asylum in the last week.
The group, led by two young sisters whose parents live in North Carolina, held signs that read “Undocumented Unashamed,” and “Immigration reform starts here.” They said before crossing that they were protesting a growing number of deportations during President Barack Obama’s administration and demanding an overhaul of U.S. immigration laws.
The sisters, Jacqueline and Marisol Aparicio, ages 11 and 12, said they want to reunite with their parents, whom they haven’t seen in 10 years.

Mexican Cartel Member Allegedly Kidnapped Children, Harvested Their Organs for Profit

An alleged member of the Mexican Knights Templar cartel, 34-year-old Manuel Plancarte Gaspar, was arrested by police in the state of Michoacán-suspected of killing young children by removing their internal organs. Michoacán state Public Safety Secretary Carlos Castellanos accused the alleged gang member of involvement in the cartel’s organ harvesting ring, which reportedly targeted children, according to a report in the New York Daily News.
According to the Daily Mail, Gaspar was apprehended last week in a stolen car where large amounts of cash and crystal meth were found. He is the nephew of a notorious Knights Templar leader named Enrique Plancarte Solis.

Illegal alien charged with raping 3-year-old in North Carolina

On Thursday, police in Winston-Salem arrested Luis Enrique Marin Noyola, 20, after he reportedly broke into a home and raped a toddler.
The rape occurred in the early morning hours of March 9.
The News & Record reported:
“Winston-Salem police were called to an apartment on Bruce Street. At that time they were told a man entered the apartment about 3:40 a.m., sexually assaulted a 5-year-old and fled.”
During the course of their investigation, detectives learned that the child is actually, only 3-years-old.
Noyola has been charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sex offense, indecent liberties with a child and first-degree burglary.

HOUSTON — More than 100 suspected illegal immigrants were found in an apparent stash house in south Houston on Wednesday, police say.
Officers say the men, women and children were held against their will in deplorable conditions. One officer described the inside of the home in the 14700 block of Almeda School Road as “awful.”
There were about 500 chickens inside the home, no hot water and only partially working toilets.
The victims included a pregnant woman and her two children, ages 5 and 7. The woman’s mother called authorities after a coyote, who was paid to bring them across the border from Mexico, refused to release the immigrants until he got more money. Police investigated and discovered the stash house.
Deadbolt locks on the inside doors kept the victims from being able to leave.
The hostages — 94 adult males, 14 adult females and the two children — will be turned over to the custody of ICE.

Haitian national charged with murdering restaurant owner in Florida

On Thursday, Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tilus Lebrun, 42, after he reportedly stabbed his boss, 62-year-old Dimitrios Karaloukas several times in what has been described by witnesses as a completely unprovoked act of violence.
Karaloukas, who was affectionately known as “Jimmy the Greek,” sustained three deep stab wounds to his left side, as well as one in his back.
The owner of the Jimmy the Greek Taverna in Boca Raton was sitting at a table chatting with guests, when Lebrun charged and began slashing at him with a meat cleaver.
Karaloukas was taken to Delray Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead within an hour of his arrival.

Federal agents arrest 31 criminal illegal immigrants in 3-day roundup in eastern Wisconsin

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Federal agents say they’ve arrested 31 criminal illegal immigrants during a three-day roundup in the Green Bay area.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says the weekend operation ended Sunday. The 31 arrested have been convicted of hit-and-run involving injury, sexual assault, child enticement, battery and other crimes.
ICE made the arrests in Green Bay, Greenleaf, Manitowoc, Seymour, Grand Chute, Appleton, and Menasha.
Please note that it says criminal illegal aliens - those are the ones they know of or have not yet joined the ranks of criminal illegal alien by their definition
