As many of you are aware fellow Patriot and friend Rusty Fleming is my guest on The Ruthie Report….the first Thursday of each month.
He is not only THEE source to go to for info on drug cartels but many other issues as well. Smart Man and I am proud to call him and great and personal friend….
Unfortunately he was in a serious accident Thursday - below is the latest update. Please keep Rusty in your prayers and thoughts

I’ve been trying to post this for several days so I shall try again! As most of you know Rusty Fleming was in a serious accident last Thursday & was taken to Del Sol hospital in ElPaso. He has multiple fractures. He had spinal decompression surgery on his L3 &L4 along a pins put in. That went well. A day & a half later during a CT scan he crashed…flat lined. They were able to save him quickly. They’re having trouble keeping his BP, heart rate & oxygen high enough. They are keeping him chemically paralyzed. He developed pneumonia & a septic infection that they can’t find the source of so he’s on 2 antibiotics. His kidneys are failing so they have done 2 rounds of dialysis.that is the most up to date info that I have. Our daughters JessiMason, Brittany Hogan & Katelynn Grace Perkins, sisters Sherry Fleming Weidmann & Debbie McKnight & granddaughter Destiny are all here with me. I can’t say how grateful I am for all of their love & support! We will do our best to post updates! Thank you all so muchfor your continued love, prayer & well wishes. Love to you all!
