As many of you know President Trump is slated to make a public announcement on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - DACA this coming week. President Trump has also stated that the DACA issue is very hard for him but that he will address it with ‘Heart’.
What does that mean? We are not sure but OUR voices must be heard on this issue and promises kept. You and I both realize, which ever path the President is considering….he will feel the heat - either un-compassionate or not enforcing our laws and keeping campaign promises.
Allowing DACA (Obama) recipients a pass due to the actions of their parents and others, (who should be responsible) who knowingly and willing brought them here illegally …. will result (in my opinion) to nothing more than a mass amnesty.
Parents that qualify for deportation will receive a reprieve in order to care for the DACA’s - which they are banking on - and the expected lawless and fraudulent activities that would follow to be included in the DACA reward… will be never-ending.
Also, the extension of abuse currently in place, due to the Obama executive order is well documented. Take Tania. Tania - is the daughter of the current illegal alien hiding in a church in Denver = Jeanette Vizguerra. Jeanette is hiding, in defiance, of her deportation notice. Tania was brought here by her parents and enjoys DACA qualifications - meaning she was not born here and does not have U.S. citizenship. Tania however, now has children (anchor babies) of her own - THIS IS OUT OF CONTROL.
Too many families have lost loved ones to the hands of a qualifying DACA and illegal alien gang bangers and criminals among us - who unless already documented - will also partake in the pass if - that is what President Trump is considering.
Remember, anyone requesting DACA must have been under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012. You must also be at least 15 years or older to request DACA, unless you are currently in removal proceedings or have a final removal or voluntary departure order. Currently it is estimated at 740,000 Dreamers - but add to that number those who will also benefit and the number skyrockets. - WHO IS GOING TO VERIFY THIS?

DACA (memo) runs out Dec 2017/Jan2018 and the BRIDGE Act ( a proposed law) currently submitted by Graham and Schumer …would remain in effect until Congress either changed them or repealed the law…..meaning the President is going to decide.

Although - they were presumingly brought here through no fault of their own - it is those who brought them here illegally that should be held accountable, not the United States. Of course some blame should be laid at the feet of our politicians who just kicked the can down the road or created executive orders to pander to this lawless.
