The Terror Threat is Credible - Obama and DHS Are NOT
A talking point to share with your Representative by Ruthie
While the debate plays out for the funding of DHS, we hear Jeh (JAY) Johnson say that he needs all the funding for adequate security of the Homeland……Meanwhile Obama does not travel to Paris with 40 other leaders in solidarity against the credible terror threat because - as several sources have disclosed…. there was a fear for Epic Failures safety.
Health and Human Services (HHS) has taken the first step in preparing for what we call …lawless illegal entry and they refer to as the 2015 surge of unaccompanied minor. - see link
DHS will not secure the border nor stop illegal entry - how is this adequate Homeland Security.
Obama feared for his safety in Paris - WHAT ARE WE.CHOPPED LIVER?
The Terror Threat is real - so just how can our homeland be secured when illegal aliens - some children - can enter at will - what terrorist group is entering over that southern unsecured border?
Secure The Border and enforce our immigration laws NOW!!!!!!!
That is how Homeland Security is suppose to work
See the surge prep article directly below
Just two days before Christmas, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) took the first step to prepare for a possible “surge” of unaccompanied minors in 2015. HHS posted a “Sources Sought” notice to gather information on “options for contract surge capacity to shelter and care” for children who enter the country on their own. The Homeland Security Act of 2002 placed the responsibility for such children on HHS instead of the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
At this point, HHS is not estimating the number of children for which care may be needed in the coming year:
No decisions have been made regarding the need for surge capacity in 2015, but ORR is exploring options available should the need arise. The purpose of the temporary structures with staffing and services is to identify agencies capable of standing-up soft-sided structures, trailers, or other temporary structures that could shelter 100-2,500 children on federally leased or owned land.
The Washington Post reported in October that Department of Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson placed the fiscal 2014 total of unaccompanied children at 68,434. After an enormous surge in the summer months, the numbers fell quickly in the fall. It is not yet clear if President Obama’s immigration actions announced in late November have had any impact on that trend.

And this…………………..
House Passes Bill Defunding Executive Amnesty
Battle to Defund Moves to the Senate!
FAIR is calling on our members, activists, and supporters to take action NOW to ensure the Senate follows suit and defunds President Obama’s executive amnesty.
Call your Members of Congress NOW!
This morning, the House of Representatives took an important first step in thwarting President Obama’s illegal executive amnesties. The House did so by approving two critical amendments to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding bill and then passing the DHS funding bill in its entirety.
First, the House passed by a vote of 237-190 an amendment authored by Reps. Robert Aderholt (R-AL), Mick Mulvaney (R-SC), and Lou Barletta (R-PA). This amendment prohibits the use of Homeland Security funds or fees to:
•Implement President Obama’s November 2014 executive amnesty, known as the Johnson Memos;
•Implement most of the president’s 2011 executive amnesty, known as the Morton Memos;
•Provide any Federal benefit to any alien pursuant to any of the memos.
Then, the House passed 218-209 Rep. Marsha Blackburn’s (R-TN) amendment that defunds President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) amnesty program.
NOW the battle to defund President Obama’s Executive Amnesty Moves to the Senate!
FAIR is calling on our members, activists, and supporters to take action NOW to ensure the Senate follows suit and defunds President Obama’s executive amnesty. There is no time to waste!!! President Obama is already taking steps to implement his new amnesty programs. The Senate must approve the House-passed bill and send it to the President’s desk. Then, President Obama will have to decide what is more important to him: funding the Department of Homeland Security or protecting illegal aliens.
Call your Members of Congress NOW!
First, call you Senators and demand they pass the DHS funding bill with the executive amnesty defunding language. Call your Senators now and tell them:
•You oppose President Obama’s executive amnesty
•You want Congress to stop the President’s abuse of power, now and in the future
•You expect Congress to defund the executive amnesty
•You demand that Congress act NOW to rein in President Obama’s abuse of power and restore respect for our immigration laws.
Then, call your Representatives in the House and thank those who voted for the Aderholt-Mulvaney-Barletta and Blackburn amendments. To find out who voted for the Aderholt-Mulvaney-Barletta amendment, click here. To find out who voted for the Blackburn amendment, click here.
